The Administrative Officer plays a vital role within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality administrative services across a complex service delivery environment.
Through exceptional customer service, seamless coordination, and reliable support, this position ensures the efficient management of team operations.
At its core, the role provides dedicated administrative support to the Windsor Community Mental Health Team, contributing to the smooth delivery of essential community services.

What You Will Bring To The Role
Demonstrated clerical experience with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of confidentiality and privacy including ability to always maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Demonstrated excellent organisational and time management skills.
Demonstrated experience using windows-based software including databases and experience in using MS Word and Excel with proven typing skills.
Demonstrated ability and commitment to be flexible and adaptable to workplace change.
Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
