We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Construction Labourers with a strong background in concrete remediation to join our dynamic team in Cairns. If you are a hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and possess the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing concrete remediation tasks, including but not limited to, concrete breakout, crack repair, patching, and finishing.
Operating various power tools such as jackhammers, grinders, and other construction-related equipment safely and efficiently.
Assisting with site preparation, clean-up, and general labouring duties as required.
Adhering strictly to all WHS policies and procedures.
Working effectively as part of a team to ensure project deadlines are met.
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Must be based in Cairns or willing to relocate.
Proven experience in concrete remediation.
Demonstrated experience operating jackhammers and other powered construction tools.
Current White Card (Construction Induction).
Must be physically fit and able to perform demanding manual labour.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Test.
Ability to successfully pass a National Police Check.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Commitment to safety.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
