Responsibilities
* Assist in the management of the day to day operation of Concierge, Porter and Valet services
* Full utilisation of the Front Office Concierge systems ensuring accuracy in use and a range of reports to meet operational needs are produced
* Provide regular training and development opportunities for the team
* Assist in the preparation of Front Office Concierge monthly reports, commenting on key performance indicators as required
* Ensure public areas are clean and well presented with regular monitoring
* Ensure all incidents, inspections and discrepancies are recorded in duty logs
Qualifications
* Full availability including weekends and public holidays as per our peak operational periods
* Customer service experience, in a luxury environment is preferred
* The aptitude and willingness to undertake further development with Sofitel
* Exemplary personal presentation standards
