Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you'll work closely with our team of Duty Managers and Chefs to ensure a top-tier experience for our guests. Your role will oversee front-of-house staff across bars, food service, and gaming, ensuring smooth operations and guest experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Service: Meet, greet, seat, and serve customers to the highest standard.
- Logistics Management: Manage setup, ambience and organisation to ensure smooth operation.
- Team Leadership: Lead front-of-house teams to guarantee flawless service.
- Team Relations: Build strong relationships with the team, ensuring their cohesion and approachability.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee POS operations, ensure accuracy, and monitor operational costs on your shift such as wages and wastage.
**About You**
As an experienced hotel duty manager or restaurant supervisor, we anticipate that your passion and knowledge of food and beverage will be an asset to the team.
Gaming knowledge and RSG1 are beneficial but not essential as long as you're willing to learn! As an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional who thrives in hospitality, you'll be a strong but empathetic leader who can execute and upskill team members to the require standard.
