Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of a small portfolio.
2. Coordinate maintenance and liaise with landlords and trades.
3. Handle tenant interactions, including leasing processes, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.
4. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
5. Hybrid - Senior property manager duties, BDM & managing another property manager (depending on experience)
The Successful Candidate:
1. QLD Certificate of Registration
2. 3+ years of experience in Property Management
3. Drivers license
4. Previous experience in Real Estate/Reception
5. Drive to grow a department and become a leader
6. Outstanding organisation and time management
7. Immaculate presentation
