We are seeking an Operations and Customer Support Officer to play a critical role in scheduling, customer care and ensuring smooth coordination across customers, contractors, and suppliers.

This role is suited to someone who is exceptionally organised, a confident communicator, and experienced in customer support. You will be the link between our sales team, installers, and end customers — making sure every project runs smoothly and every customer receives the service they deserve.

Responsibilities

Schedule installations and coordinate contractor availability

Provide after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Liaise with installers, suppliers, and end customers to deliver smooth project outcomes

Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide timely, accurate information

Manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and internal systems

Support the operations team with reporting and administration as required

About You

You are highly organised, reliable, and skilled in everything you do. You thrive in a busy environment and enjoy solving problems while keeping communication clear and positive.

You will bring:

Proven experience in customer support or operations roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence in dealing with customers, contractors, and suppliers

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

A proactive approach with a focus on delivering the best outcomes for customers
