City Venue Management (CVM) is currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Aqua Aerobics Instructors to join our teams in Townsville at Tobruk Memorial Baths and Northern Beaches Leisure Centre.

Role Requirements
* Aqua Aerobics qualification or Certificate III in Fitness
* Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Current CPR certificationCurrent First Aid certification
* High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of members
* A passion for fun, fitness, and creating a welcoming class environment

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high-energy aqua aerobics classes
* Welcome and support members with a friendly and encouraging attitude
* Assist members entering the water and outline the class format before starting
* Prepare fun playlists and update choreography regularly
* Provide an outstanding customer experience for all participants
* Attend training workshops and development sessions to maintain and grow your skills
* Work collaboratively with staff across both facilities
