An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Retail Manager to join the management team of a well-established retail asset.
This role will suit someone currently working in retail property, centre management, CML or lease administration who enjoys building relationships, supporting retailers, and being involved in the day‐to‐day performance of a busy centre.
The Role
Working closely with the Retail Manager, you will support the ongoing operation and performance of the centre, with a strong focus on retailer relationships, lease administration, and cash flow.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with retailer inductions, communications, and ongoing relationship management
* Supporting lease assignments, negotiations, and general leasing administration
* Monitoring rent collection, arrears, and sales reporting
* Liaising with retailers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth centre operations
* Assisting with compliance, reporting, and operational processes
This is a hands‐on role with genuine exposure to the commercial side of retail property.
About You
You will ideally have:
* Experience in retail property, shopping centre management, or a related field
* Exposure to rent collection, arrears management, or lease administration
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* High attention to detail and confidence working with data and reports
* Strong time management and organisational skills
