Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our facilities management team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.


About the Role:

* Leverage your expertise to develop and lead a high-performing FM team, focusing on providing top-notch service delivery that exceeds client expectations.
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders by implementing effective communication strategies and proactive problem-solving techniques.
* Evaluate and optimize site contracts to ensure seamless service delivery, aligning with regional/global sourcing strategies and budget targets.
* Drive business growth by setting performance targets, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and completing regular audits and compliance checks.
* Maintain financial accountability by meeting financial targets, controlling expenses, and delivering cost savings.
* Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards.
* Provide timely and accurate reporting to Account Management, highlighting critical incidents and strategic initiatives.
* Nurture stakeholder relationships through active engagement, issue resolution, and collaborative partnerships.
* Promote continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement, developing innovative solutions, and streamlining processes.
* Support business development efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams, networking with industry professionals, and driving new business opportunities.


What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, business administration).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in FM, with a proven track record of leadership, client relationship-building, and project management.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations, contract management, and financial planning.
