Public Relations Account Coordinator

Since 2013, we have helped iconic brands, exceptional places and unforgettable experiences connect with the right audiences through thoughtful storytelling, strong media relationships, clear messaging and carefully delivered campaigns.
We are now looking for a Public Relations Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of client work across the agency.
This is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their PR, media or communications career who wants to keep learning, build confidence and become a strong all-rounder. You will work across media relations, content, reporting, events, research, influencer coordination and client account support.
The work is varied, practical and fast-moving. One day you might be drafting a media release, updating a media list and preparing coverage for a report. Another might involve supporting a launch event, coordinating influencers, pitching to media or helping theteam workthrough client priorities.
You will need to be organised, proactive and confident with detail. You will also be comfortable working across several clients, priorities and deadlines at once, while bringing curiosity, care and good judgement to the work.
What you'll do
* support the day-to-day running of client accounts
* draft press releases, media alerts, pitches and other written materials
* build and update media lists
* support media outreach and follow-up
* monitor and track media coverageprepare coverage reports and campaign summaries
* assist with influencer engagement and coordination
* help plan and deliver launches, events and client activations
* research media, industry and brand opportunities
* support the team with meeting notes, actions and general account administration
About you
You will bring some early experience in PR, communications, media or a related field, and be ready to build on it. You are likely to be a strong writer, well organised and interested in how brands tell stories, build profile and connect with different audiences. You take initiative, follow through and enjoy working as part of a small, collaborative team.
You will likely bring:
* strong written and verbal communication skills
* good attention to detail
* the ability to manage tasks and deadlines across multiple projects
* a genuine interest in media, brands, hospitality, luxury and events
* confidence working with journalists, suppliers and other external contacts
* proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* confidence working in a Mac-based environment
* a practical understanding of AI tools and how to use them thoughtfully to support research, productivity and content development
