* Facilitate surgeons within the theatre setting, collaborating with the theatre team to deliver exceptional patient care.
* Prepare operating theatres and patients for surgery, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
* Achieve optimal patient outcomes through effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
* Demonstrate clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures, managing patients with compassion and dedication.
About You
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital perioperative setting.
* At least 2 years' recent experience in Scrub/Scout roles.
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
