Restaurant Operations Manager Job Opportunity

A seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager is sought to oversee the daily operations of a busy restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, streamlined front-and-back-of-house coordination, and strong team performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the day-to-day activities of a restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the restaurant, from food preparation and presentation to customer service and conflict resolution.

The Restaurant Operations Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and improving profitability by identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This may include analyzing sales data, monitoring customer feedback, and optimizing menu offerings and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the successful running of a restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are operating efficiently and effectively.
* Manage staff schedules, conduct performance appraisals, and provide coaching and training to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve retention rates and increase loyalty.
* Control operational costs, identify areas of waste, and implement initiatives to reduce expenses and improve profitability.
* Develop and implement effective marketing and promotions strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure seamless communication and implementation of business strategies.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
