Our Support Volunteers work together to provide services to our clients in the community.
Responsibilities
* Greeting clients and helping to make them comfortable prior to their appointment
* Interviewing clients to understand their needs and how we can assist
* Responding to client needs as appropriate with food, grocery vouchers, assistance with payment of bills and referrals to other specialist support services
* Data Entry and preparing of food hampers
Skills, Experience and Attributes
* Good communication skills
* Experience with database and records management
* Highly organised
* Experience in an office setting
* Professional demeanour
