We are now seeking a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our culinary offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and taste.
* Design and develop seasonal menus with creativity, aligning with Kloud99's brand and clientele.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness (HACCP compliance).
* Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
* Control food costs, portion sizes, and inventory levels to maintain profitability.
* Collaborate with management on promotions, special events, and new offerings.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-paced café, bistro, or bar-style venue.
* Strong culinary skills with a flair for modern café and casual dining cuisine.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Strong understanding of kitchen budgeting and cost control.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* Passionate, creative, and dedicated to providing exceptional food experiences.
