We are now seeking a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our culinary offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Design and develop seasonal menus with creativity, aligning with Kloud99’s brand and clientele.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness (HACCP compliance).
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Control food costs, portion sizes, and inventory levels to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with management on promotions, special events, and recent offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-paced café, bistro, or bar-style venue.
- Strong culinary skills with a flair for modern café and casual dining cuisine.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of kitchen budgeting and cost control.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Passionate, creative, and dedicated to providing exceptional food experiences.
