One of our Federal Government clients is looking for a ICT Service Design Manager in Canberra .
We are seeking candidates with the following Skills/Experience:
* Experience with industry-standard service design frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, or similar methodologies.
* Extensive experience in managing and overseeing ICT service management functions, ensuring service design activities meet departmental objectives and adhere to quality standards.
* Strong technical understanding of modern ICT infrastructures, including multi-vendor environments, networks, software solutions, and security protocols.
* Ability to facilitate business decision-making processes and effectively communicate technical and business information.
