We are seeking candidates with the following Skills/Experience: 
Experience with industry-standard service design frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, or similar methodologies. 
Extensive experience in managing and overseeing ICT service management functions, ensuring service design activities meet departmental objectives and adhere to quality standards. 
Solid technical understanding of modern ICT infrastructures, including multi-vendor environments, networks, software solutions, and security protocols. 
Ability to facilitate business decision-making processes and effectively communicate technical and business information.
