This State Government Department is responsible for desiging, planning and building Victorias Transport Systems. This team is responsible for managing commercial claims of franchisee's to ensure they are meeting contract incentives. Reporting to the Associate Director, this Program Manager will assist with Program Readiness.
- Effective Program Management & Administration
- ensure the Program is set up effective
- Support Governance Forums and sub working groups
- Ensure the program has effective data management and document control
- Manage a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Build mutually beneficial partnerships and understand the stakeholders organisation context to ensure outcomes are achieved
- Implement enhanced processes, to contribute to the development and implementation of governance and reporting processes
- Ensure the program has quality reporting processes to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of Franchisee's readiness activities
- Manage the relevant correspondence and to ensure audit requirements or requests have been undertaken effectively
- Identify emerging areas of concern or opportunities for improvement
- Promote and support safe, inclusive and versatile team operations
About You
- Experience working within another Government Department leading a Major Program of Work most recently
- You have excellent end to end program management skills and abilities
- Subject matter within Transport, Construction, or Rail is nice to have not a mandatory requirement
- Enjoy liaising with stakeholders, and can understand several organisational contexts
- Experience in implementing systems and processes to enhance a program
