As a Commercial Financial Analyst, will support the Commercial Finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting and analysis across the company's Australian operations.
You will also assist in maintaining excel models, assisting with using our Oracle EPM system, analysing key business drivers, and ensuring timely and accurate financial information.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Completion of monthly board packs & individual team reporting requirements
* Responsible for collation of KPIs from various sources, both financial & non-financial
* Assist in preparation of accurate budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, incorporating both financial and non-financial KPIs aligned to Australian business strategy
* Analyse key business drivers and competitor dynamics to uncover insights and trends
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue and cost reporting across business units
* Handle and interpret large datasets in collaboration with our analytics and data science teams, turning data into actionable insights
* Stay across automotive industry and digital marketplace trends, assessing potential risks and opportunities for the company in Australia
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
* At least 2 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting or similar
* Experience supporting month-end, budgeting and forecasting processes
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence engaging Australian-based stakeholders in meetings and written reporting
* Comfortable working with large data sets, building models and identifying actionable insights
* Proactive in identifying opportunities, process improvements and solving problems before they arise
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment while maintain accuracy and attention to detail
Advantageous or Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce or related field
* Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM
* CPA/CA studies commenced or intention to acquire
