Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement online and offline promotional activities to boost product and service visibility.
* Handle direct sales to customers, offering informed guidance on product use to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
* Keep detailed and accurate records of stock, sales, and financial transactions to assist with performance reviews and compliance needs.
* Oversee budgeting processes, track financial performance, and implement cost controls to maintain profitability.
* Lead staff management functions such as hiring, training, and supervising team members to ensure efficiency and professional development.
* Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety laws and regulations, including regular staff training and maintaining safe work practices.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, or higher qualification is essential for eligibility.
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and motivate a team.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and customer service practices.
* Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions quickly.
