Our Boutique Leaders are the foundation of our business and key to our success. Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, the Boutique Leaders' performance will be assessed and rewarded based on sales and service achievement, wages, shrinkage, average sales, multi rates, and staff development objectives per season.

Key Responsibilities :
* Lead and inspire their team to deliver on the MANNING CARTELL vision and strategic goals.
* Identify operational opportunities and efficiencies with a growth mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
* Motivate their team to meet or exceed targets by developing skills, product knowledge, and customer experience techniques.
* Manage and lead their team through regular feedback, recognizing talent and areas for development.
* Act as MANNING CARTELL brand ambassadors with professionalism and poise.
* Ensure all store operations and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to policies and procedures.
* Maintain store standards in visual display, cleanliness, and personal grooming.
