We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent part-time position working 16 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays as per monthly roster.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience and knowledge of reception and administrative procedures, including simple switchboard operating skills. They will also possess high-level communication and public relation skills, with the ability to work with minimal direction and undertake complex tasks.
Key responsibilities include providing front-of-house welcoming customer service to clients and staff, as well as associated administration tasks such as health fund management.
To be successful in this role, you will require medium to high level competence in the use of computer programs Word and Excel, including data entry. Experience with CERNER or willingness to learn is also essential.
In addition, you will need basic knowledge of medical records maintenance procedures or a willingness to learn. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team are also crucial.
