You’ll have ownership across the entire design process, influencing every step. This includes:Facilitating user research, from discovery to usability testing, and creating key UX artefacts like journey maps, service blueprints, and wireframes.Leading workshops with stakeholders, gathering feedback, guiding brainstorming, and fostering collaboration.Collaborating closely with engineers and other designers to craft seamless, end-to-end user experiences, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.Designing scalable systems for websites, apps, and digital products, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.Demonstrate a high attention to detail in creating polished user interface designs and visual assets that elevate the overall product quality.Championing best practices, contributing to our team culture, and promoting design thinking throughout the business.Leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and drive innovation.WHO YOU ARE:We’re looking for a creative, collaborative designer who brings a mix of experience and passion to our team.
