Your Responsibilities:

* Design menus that are fresh, varied, and resident-inspired
* Lead and motivate a kitchen team
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with nutrition standards
* Manage stock, budgets, and cost controls
* Collaborate with care teams to meet dietary needs
* Champion continuous improvement as a Food Safety Officer
