A specialist commercial lender is looking to strengthen its credit capability with the appointment of an experienced Senior Credit Analyst. This role will play a key part in assessing larger and more complex lending transactions within a growing commercial lending business.
Working closely with the lending and leadership teams, you will bring a depth of credit experience and sound judgement when reviewing and structuring lending opportunities, particularly those secured against property.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess and analyse commercial lending transactions, including property-backed facilities
* Conduct detailed credit analysis and risk assessment across complex lending proposals
* Review borrower financials, transaction structures and security arrangements
* Provide clear and balanced credit recommendations to support lending decisions
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to structure deals appropriately
* Apply strong commercial judgement while maintaining responsible lending standards
About You
* Significant experience in commercial credit analysis or credit risk
* Strong exposure to larger lending transactions, ideally involving property-backed lending
* Solid understanding of commercial and residential property values and lending structures
* Experience within commercial lending, private lending, non-bank lending or business banking
* Sound judgement and the ability to apply practical, commercial thinking to transactions
* A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a growing team
