Job Title: Key Account Manager
The role involves assisting the Store Management team in achieving storewide objectives, fostering a culture of collective high performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and profitability targets for your store by providing ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the Communications Team.
* Lead and maintain agreed communications department merchandising standards.
* Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards with an emphasis on Safety, including incident reporting and in-store processes.
Requirements:
* Proven retail experience and broad knowledge of telecommunications services.
* Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, EFTPOS facilities and selling retail products.
* Ability to work independently and as part of our consolidated sales team under pressure.
