We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Estimator based in Adelaide to join our growing and dynamic team.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in cost estimation within the commercial construction industry (5+ years preferred)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word & Powerpoint), Estimate One and Cubit / Cost X
* ProcurePro knowledge is a preference
* A solid understanding of construction methods, materials and processes
* Strong mathematical and analytical abilities for accurately estimating costs, quantities and measurements
* A meticulous approach to work with a focus on attention to detail
* Clear and effective communication skills, including strong written and verbal skills.
* Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
* Tertiary qualification in construction management or similar
* Drivers Licence and construction white card.
Estimators play a critical role in the pre‑construction phase by evaluating project requirements, analysing project plans and specifications, and preparing accurate cost estimates. We are looking for a team player who is willing and able to undertake this role effectively, which will enable the company to make informed decisions and successfully execute our construction projects. Your expertise in cost analysis, market research, and construction methods contributes to the successful outcomes of our projects.
