About The Role

Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional guest service and team development? Hilton Sydney is seeking an experienced and motivated Front Office Manager to oversee our Front Desk, Concierge, Executive Lounge and Guest Services/Operator departments. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial success in Hilton Australasia's flagship hotel.

What You'll Be Doing?

As Front Office Manager, you will:


* Lead and inspire a high-performing team across Front Desk, Concierge, Executive Lounge and Guest Services/Operator
* Champion a culture of hospitality, ensuring every guest interaction is warm, professional, and memorable
* Drive revenue through strategic upselling and sales-focused service delivery
* Ensure seamless daily operations and uphold Hilton's world-class service standards
* Promote and manage Hilton Honors loyalty program and digital guest experiences
* Foster team development through coaching, training, and performance management
* Collaborate across departments to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction

What We're Looking For?
* Proven leadership experience in Front Office or Reception, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment
* Strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* A hands-on, passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
* Immaculate grooming and a professional presence
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Valid NSW RSA Competency Card and Driver's License
* Tertiary qualifications in Business or Hospitality Management preferred
