Network Management Professional
We are seeking an experienced Network Management Professional to lead our mission-critical, nation-wide network. The successful candidate will be part of our production team responsible for an enterprise-level Network Management System (NMS) and IT Service Management (ITSM) solution, integrating and maintaining COTS-based Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS).
This role involves installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing NMS applications, contributing to Disaster Recovery Plans, and ensuring seamless service ordering, fulfillment, and assurance.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience with Red Hat Linux Administration or Engineering, 2-4 years of experience with Windows Administration or Engineering, and hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and integrating enterprise-class COTS solutions such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Riverbed, LogicMonitor, Netbox, Infoblox, etc.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, troubleshoot, and enhance NMS applications.
* Contribute to Disaster Recovery Plans and ensure seamless service ordering, fulfillment, and assurance.
* Collaborate with vendors and engineering teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing systems.
* Required Skills:
* Red Hat Linux Administration or Engineering: 6 years of experience.
* Windows Administration or Engineering: 2-4 years of experience.
* Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and integrating enterprise-class COTS solutions such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Riverbed, LogicMonitor, Netbox, Infoblox, etc.
* Proficiency in managing network management systems within virtualized environments on MS Windows and Linux servers.
* Strong ability to configure and implement monitoring tools that correlate alarms and alerts with business and technical services.
* Experience collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.
* Effective communication skills for working directly with vendor partners for root cause analysis and corrective actions.

* Qualifications:
