Your new role
Stepping into the position of Wiise Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the full lifecycle of their ERP adoption. Your work will include taking ownership of Wiise ERP implementations along with additional software products offered by the organisation.
You'll conduct ongoing consulting engagements such as system assessments, training sessions, solution design, and process enhancement work.
You will also assist clients with issues as they arise - from troubleshooting and analysing data problems to coordinating upgrades and providing responsive support via phone, email, or in person.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll bring:
A track record leading Wiise or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations as a senior or lead consultant.
MB800 certification.
Experience managing full‑scale ERP delivery, navigating competing priorities, and balancing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Relevant tertiary studies in Business, Accounting, IT, or similar (advantageous).
Background in consulting, professional services, or hands‑on accounting/finance system environments.
Strength in client engagement, including requirements gathering, training, documentation, and expectation management.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex system concepts into clear guidance.
Ability to work independently, maintain productivity, and lead an implementation from kickoff through to go‑live.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Word, Excel, Project), ideally as an intermediate user.
Confidence in coordinating scope, tracking milestones, and ensuring formal sign‑offs.
Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving capabilities, and comfort working in fast‑moving environments.
A natural interest in technology and systems development.
A customer‑centric mindset with empathy and commitment to service excellence.
