Position Overview
This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space. As Director of Product, Payroll you will lead a team of Group Product Managers and product managers, driving strategy for our global payroll product. You'll raise the bar for our vision and product management discipline by fostering a team of kind, talented individuals doing the most impactful work of their careers.

What You Bring
Hands-on experience working in payroll as a product manager.
Extensive experience in product management, ideally at high-growth companies.
Demonstrable experience leading teams of high-performing product managers.
Great judgment for both strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, including senior leadership.
A strong sense of design and UX.
A passion for products that just work, even if the problems they solve are complicated.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Practicals
You'll report to: VP of Product.
Direct reports: 2 Group Product Managers and 12 Product Managers.
Location: Welcomes applicants globally; preference for EMEA applying to diversify the team.
Start date: As soon as possible.
