About your role: * You will be responsible for delivering evidence-based clinical services, including assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic intervention, and evaluation, to consumers of the Cairns and Hinterland Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs Service. * You will provide an advanced level of operational, clinical, and professionally strategic leadership, in partnership with the Operations Manager of Child and Youth Mental Health Services. Maintain and support reporting lines to the MHAODS Service Director and Clinical Director to manage delivery of clinical services within a quality improvement framework, in a complex and varied environment across a multi-speciality team. * Utilising your advocacy and clinical knowledge skills, you will contribute to and support a high level of professional standards and integrated service delivery, aligning with the strategic direction of the CHHHS Mental Health & AODS service.
