About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Unitywater's Customer Delivery team as a Works Scheduler, where you'll play a critical role in connecting planning with delivery. You'll be responsible for developing and coordinating maintenance schedules that maximise resources, improve efficiency, and support the reliable delivery of essential services to our communities. Working closely with operational teams and using Maximo to manage work activities, you'll help ensure the right work is completed at the right time, while contributing to continuous improvement across the business.
This role is based in either Morayfield or Maroochydore to start as soon as possible until mid December 2026 with potential for extension.

About you
* Trade qualification or strong relevant experience in maintenance scheduling, planning, or a similar field
* Experience scheduling maintenance delivery across diverse assets and multi-disciplinary teams
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and adapt to changing operational needs
* Experience using CMMS systems (e.g. Maximo, SAP PM, Ellipse) and other business systems
* Ability to deliver outcomes to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of regulated operational environments (ideally utilities)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Commitment to continuous improvement and safe work practices
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
