Challenges
* Breadth of ownership – This is not a pure design or pure product management role. You will move between design, product scoping, delivery coordination, and production support within the same day.
* Pace – We move very quickly. You'll need to be excited to learn fast and ship frequently, not wait for perfect conditions.
* Owning the outcome, not just the output – You're responsible for what gets built, not just the designs you hand over.
* Support and triage are part of the job – Monitoring production, triaging issues raised by customer support, and ensuring quality post‐release is core to this role.
* Strong culture and operating standards – We have a strong culture based on core values and standard operating procedures. You may need to unlearn a few things from previous experience.
