SSW is looking for an enthusiastic, Tech-savvy Office Admin and Property Assistant to join our growing SSW Newcastle office. SSW is a leading custom software development company with offices across Australia and internationally. We are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions in a collaborative and innovative work environment.We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated person to support the smooth operation of our Newcastle office and property management tasks. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for property maintenance and administrative efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage building-related correspondence with trades, tenants, and owners - including lifts, automation systems, and fire regulations.Use the latest software for document management, scheduling, and correspondence.Ensuring office facilities are well-maintained.General reception & office duties.Support the marketing and events team, including setup and logistics.Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office.Visiting the SSW Sydney office for 2 days each fortnight (accommodation provided).About You:Tech-savvy and the ability to learn new technologies.The right to live and work in Australia.Current driver’s license & the ability to visit Sydney.A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in administration or similar.Exceptional communication skills.Nice to Haves:Experience in property or facilities management.Why Join Us?Work with many different teams in different countries.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A fun work environment.For more, check out this video: Why work at SSW?Is this you?
