Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a Branch General Manager to lead our Australia and New Zealand region, driving sales revenue and growth across the territory.
Reporting in to the Chief Sales Officer, this position is responsible for identifying new target markets, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direction and leadership to the team, working closely with staff to achieve financial targets and business growth.
* Ensure the ANZ Branch & Sales targets are met as per company's global Business Plan.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with new and current clients.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Assess and review sales results, ensuring action is taken to resolve unsatisfactory conditions.
* Coordinate sales promotion and lead generation activities.
* Work closely with the CSO and others to ensure account business plans are realistic and achievable.
* Maintain knowledge of company products and services.
* Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions.
Requirements
* Engineering degree or qualifications in business administration, sales, marketing, commerce.
* Previous experience in machinery sales and/or engineering roles.
* Significant sales team management experience.
* Staff Management and Leadership experience.
* Able to understand and analyze financial information.
* Able to deal with conflict and develop staff across multiple sites.
