About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading a motivated, customer-focused team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help drive sales, deliver outstanding service, and create a fun, supportive store culture.
Your key responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge
Supporting daily store operations, including opening, closing, and end-of-day tasks
Assisting with visual merchandising and stock management
Leading by example to inspire and develop your team
Contributing to store sales targets and KPIs
Maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging workplace
