We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our Water team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* Coordinate internal processes and administration to enable Job Managers to deliver client projects efficiently.
* Support project financial management, client reporting, invoicing, and maintain strong project hygiene and governance.
* Collaborate with the Water team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite and accounting/financial management systems.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
