About the Role
You'll be supporting participants in ourYouth SIL House & assisting in Shed Program, helping them build skills, confidence, and positive routines through:
* Practical activities and workshops
* Community access and outings
* Mentoring and positive role modelling
* Supporting independence in a safe, respectful way
This role is casual and flexible, shifts can be more or fewer hours and tailored around work, study, or lifestyle commitments.
Who This Role Suits
This role is ideal for people with backgrounds or interests in:
* Trades, construction, or hands-on work
* Youth work, mentoring, coaching, or community services
* Fitness, sport, outdoors, or practical skills
* Anyone who enjoys working with and supporting other men
Experience in disability support is great, but not essential — we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
What We're Looking For
Full Australian driver's licence
Confident, reliable, and approachable
Ability to build rapport with young men
Positive role model and team player
Experience or interest in youth programs

Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
