As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements using technology solutions.
Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose technology solutions that address business needs, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring transparent communication and understanding of requirements.
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
