We are seeking a Japanese Speaking Assistant Manager / Manager (depends on experience) for our client based in Brisbane. This role supports key business operations across coal and raw material markets, logistics coordination, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with related parties and suppliers
* Coordinate logistics, communication, and payment processes
* Collect, analyse, and report market information relevant to the industry to internal stakeholders and overseas offices.
* Support management in exploring and developing decarbonisation initiatives in Australia.
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Provide assistance on various tasks and projects as requested.
Your Profile
* Experience in sales and/or marketing (highly regarded).
* Previous experience in a similar industry (highly regarded).
* Japanese language skills (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to take on varied duties.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
