Are you a high school student with a passion for hands-on work and design? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a School-Based Cabinet Making Apprentice to join a skilled and supportive team working on custom cabinetry projects across Brisbane.
This is a fantastic chance to get a head start in the woodworking and manufacturing industry while completing your schooling.
About the Role:
As a school-based apprentice, you’ll gain practical experience in a workshop environment while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in cabinet making. You’ll learn how to build and install cabinetry, use woodworking machinery, read plans, and work with a variety of materials.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school students with a genuine interest in cabinet making or woodworking
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Valuable attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Requirements:
- White Card – or willing to obtain
- Driver’s Licence and Reliable Transport (preferred but not essential)
- Availability to work 1 day a week during school terms and full-time during school holidays
