Verification Engineer, manufacturing vacancy available in Adelaide
Your new companyA leading global organisation is seeking a skilled Senior Verification & Validation Engineer to join their Test & Certification team based in South Australia. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to integrated technology testing within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Your new role
Engaged on a temporary contract, you will operate with a high level of autonomy and technical leadership. You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test campaigns, managing resources and facilities, and producing global test reports across multifaceted project environments. You will also represent laboratory capabilities in project contexts and lead certification and qualification activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Defining test plans and strategies for new and existing projects
* Organising and executing internal and external testing
* Analysing results and maintaining certification validity
* Responding to compliance requests and supporting customer queries
* Assisting in laboratory operations and supporting chapter leadership
* Mentoring junior engineers and technicians
* Contributing to internal procedures and best practices
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
* Proven engineering experience, including design and project work
* Strong knowledge of relevant Australian and international standards (e.g. AS/NZS 3000, 3100, IEC 60947)
* Experience in certification and compliance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A strategic mindset and ability to work with complex, incomplete data
* Demonstrated leadership potential and a commitment to innovation
