Support Worker Case Co-ordinator
* Offer valuable assistance to men who have experienced Domestic & Family Violence over the phone.
* Conduct phone-based safety assessments, identify immediate needs, and refer clients to suitable services.
* Assess client requirements and provide effective support in a high-pressure environment with a large volume of clients.
This is a part-time role for 24 months. The salary package includes a rate of $48-$54 per hour (dependent on skills & experience), superannuation at 12%, leave loading at 17.5% and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900.
