About the opportunity
IFYS has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join the No Limits team. The Administration Officer will act as a point of contact for the program and provide support to IFYS NDIS Support Coordinators.
‘No Limits' forms part of IFYS' NDIS service provision, providing support coordination for individuals who have a disability or disabilities and access NDIS funding. No Limits works creatively and resourcefully with participants to fully utilise their support budgets and achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities
* Act as a welcoming point of contact via telephone and electronic communication
* Complete data entry, reporting and audit preparations
* Establish supports coordination for individuals with a NDIS Plan
* Daily maintenance of record keeping including case notes and inputting service hours into NDIS billing systems
* Maintain staff timesheets and assist with rostering
Essential requirements
* Experience in a similar administrative role required
* Knowledge of the NDIS and experience within the Disability Service sector is desirable
* Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Must hold or be willing to obtain if successful
* A QLD Working With Children Blue Card or have applied for one
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (or Yellow Card)
* Current Queensland driver's license with no restrictions
* Ability to provide two references from recent employers (including your current line manager)
* As part of our recruitment process, we do a number of history screenings including a Licensed Care Suitability check (LCS2) and a National Crime Check
