We are looking for a warm, approachable and customer-focused individual to join our team in a casual Customer Care role at our Stockland Forster Shopping Centre. Based on our customer desk, centrally positioned in the mall, you will be the first point of contact for customers – helping with general enquiries and providing information as well as support to the centre management team.
This is a casual role with minimum two days per week, rostered on for either Friday/Saturday, 9am - 5pm or Sunday/Monday, 10am - 4pm(Sun), 9am - 5pm(Mon), alternating between the two, every 2 -3 weeks.
Managing all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care desk within the centre, tasks will include:
* Addressing diverse customers' general enquiries, directions and centre information
* Manage customer feedback, complaints and compliments and effectively communicate these back to the centre management team
* Support centre management team and liaise with retailers as needed
* Maintain OH&S standard and procedures and address all health, safety and environmental issues
* Follow incident management process
* Ad hoc administration support
About you
* Prior experience in delivering face to face customer service
* Friendly, professional and confident communication style
* Developed problem solving and complaint management skills to maintain composure in a dynamic retail setting
* Ability to work autonomously
* Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
* A team player with a proactive attitude
