Accounts Payable
Prepare and process supplier payments, reconcile vendor statements, and verify management approval of purchases.
Accounts Receivable
Process customer invoices, maintain accurate records, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Logistics Inventory Management
Manage inventory levels, prepare customs documents, and coordinate shipments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Intermediate level in Excel and accounting software packages (e.g., MYOB)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Self-motivated and flexibility to work individually or in a team environment
* Excellent communication and time management skills
