Job Overview
The ideal candidate for this Senior Desktop Engineer position will have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level technical support.
* Provide first and second-line technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Offer onsite and remote desktop support, resolving incidents and service requests efficiently
* Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues on end-user devices
* Ensure all support activities are logged and managed within the IT Service Management system
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely support
* Support Windows OS (especially Windows 10), Active Directory, Group Policies, and Exchange
* Troubleshoot enterprise applications including Microsoft Office, Office 365, Skype for Business, and Lync
* Support mobile devices (Apple, Android, Microsoft), VOIP systems, and printers
* Assist with software licensing, configuration management, and encryption tools
* Produce clear documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
* Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues appropriately
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple demands with professionalism and composure
* Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, and Microsoft networking environments
* Experience with antivirus software, encryption tools, and Exchange server management
* ITIL v3, MCITP/MCTS, or other relevant technical certifications highly regarded
