About The Role
We are seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Cairns team on a 12 month maternity leave contract with possibility of extension. The role is offered on a rotating roster across our Cairns practices with shifts aligned to practice hours, and occasional weekend work required. The team in Cairns are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team.
About You
* Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to work independently and prioritise your workload
* Strong ability to monitor and report on administrative outcomes with a commitment to continuous improvement
* A friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Exceptional patient care and customer service skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Professional personal presentation and conduct
* Self-motivated and confident working independently
