Lead the global marketing strategy for a values-driven agri-brand
Advantage Feeders is a global leader in ruminant production systems, helping livestock farmers lift productivity, improve animal welfare, and drive sustainability. With strong growth across Australia, NZ, USA, Canada, UK and Ireland, we're seeking a Marketing Manager to drive our brand and market presence worldwide.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll set the strategy, guide the team, and roll up your sleeves to make campaigns happen. You'll report to the CEO, lead a small in house marketing team, and collaborate with our international selling agents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shape and deliver annual marketing strategies across domestic and international markets
* Lead campaign planning and execution across digital, print and social media
* Develop and manage global social media content calendars
* Manage and evolve brand identity to position Advantage Feeders as the global leader in ruminant production systems
* Oversee digital presence (website, SEO, EDMs, social media) and grow engagement
* Support distributor and sales teams with fit-for-purpose promotional and training materials
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop product launches and sector engagement strategies
* Analyse campaign performance and marketing metrics to continuously improve outcomes

What You'll Bring
Essential:
* Degree (or equivalent experience) in, Marketing, Communications or related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
* Ability to manage competing priorities, pivot quickly, and at times work autonomously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning and stakeholder engagement
* Proven experience managing social media platforms and content campaigns
* Strong writing skills linked to SEO awareness
* Proven broad financial acumen and ROI focus
* Experience with:
* Meta Business Suite (required)
* Canva, Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
* WordPress, Mailchimp, Trello
Desirable:
* Background in agriculture or manufacturing sectors
* Experience working with rural and generational audiences
