Job Description
Join the Drive news team and help us deliver timely, engaging content to a captivated automotive audience. We're looking for an experienced Journalist to cover everything from industry trends to dealership updates, all while working with a supportive team of editors and senior journalists.
Day to day you will:
Stay up to date with the latest automotive news, with a focus on dealerships and industry trends.Write high-quality, engaging news articles and reports under tight deadlines.Use SEO strategies to maximise the visibility of your content.Collaborate with editors and multimedia teams to enhance your stories.Engage with our audience by responding to comments and questions.Monitor and analyse the performance of your articles, providing insights for future content improvement.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
A strong passion for the automotive industry and a desire to build a career in automotive journalism.Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Exceptional research and fact-checking abilities.An understanding of SEO and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.A valid driver's license.Preferably a degree in journalism or a related field.
