The Opportunity
This newly created role will provide high-level coordination and administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the Institute. As the successful candidate, you will play a central role in supporting the Institute's programs, research initiatives, partnerships, and events, enabling the Institute to deliver its strategic objectives.
Some additional responsibilities will also include:
* Provide executive support to the Institute's leadership team, including meeting scheduling, calendar management, and administrative follow-up.
* Engage with senior leaders in the administration and organisation of high-profile events.
* Liaise with internal departments such as Facilities, Events, Finance, Marketing, and Alumni to align support services with Institute needs.
* Assist in the planning and execution of key programs and research events, working closely with the Institute's Director, Executive Director, Research Director and wider team.
* Coordinate project delivery activities, including the preparation of program materials (e.g., facilitator packs, workbooks), technical requirements, and documentation.
* Manage updates to the Institute's website and digital channels.
* Work collaboratively with MBS's Central Marketing Services to produce and update marketing materials, digital content, and event collateral.
About you
As a highly organised and articulate individual with a passion for operations and administration, you will thrive on supporting and coordinating a myriad of different tasks. Additionally, you will bring to MBS proven experience working within a dynamic operating environment and/or experience in project coordination or event management. Some experience with financial tracking and/or budget coordination will be advantageous to your success in this role.
